As I made dinner tonight, I though: wow, this is green!
Then Egbert came in and said - das ist grün!
(normally we add carrots, peppers and other colors...)
But then we realized - it's a St. Patrick's Day stir-fry!
Happy St. P. Day!!! Mahlzeit!
(And if anyone knows a trick how to get the noodles to mix with the veggies - please share!)
